On Game Day, also referred to as OnGameDay and GameDay Planner ("we", "our", or "us") is a sports team management application developed by Andrew Noon, trading as Resonate IT Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the OnGameDay mobile application and associated web services (collectively, the "Service").

All data is stored in Google Firebase cloud infrastructure. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Firestore security rules to ensure users can only access data they are authorised to view. Photos and images are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with access controls.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Team managers may retain player records for historical match statistics. If you leave a team, your match history may be retained in an anonymised form.

OnGameDay is used by sports teams with players of all ages, including junior and youth teams. Only team managers, coaches, or other authorised adults may create accounts and enter player information. Children under 18 do not create their own accounts — their information is entered and managed by an adult with parental or guardian consent.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account or directly provide personal information to us. If a parent or guardian believes their child's information has been entered without proper consent, they may contact us to have it corrected or removed.

The Service may contain links to external services such as WhatsApp (for contacting players) and mapping applications (for venue directions). These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

For users with a referee role, we may also store:

- Push notification tokens: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens so we can send you match updates and team notifications. These tokens are associated with your account and the device platform (iOS, Android, or web).
- Usage data: Firebase may automatically collect basic analytics such as app opens and crash reports to help us improve the Service. This data is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you personally.
- Advertising data: We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements within the Service. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android and IDFA on iOS), IP address, and general usage data to serve and measure ads. AdMob may also use this information to display personalised ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device settings. Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Within your team: Team managers, captains, and fellow team members can see player profiles, availability, and match data for their own team.
- Within competitions: Fixture details, scores, and referee assignments may be visible to other teams participating in the same competition.
